Great breakfast selection and free Wi-Fi. the staff was polite and helpful with our requests. the hotel was close to many bars and restaurants, and just a short walk from the subway.
The room was much smaller than anticipated and outdated in its decor. the air conditioning in the room was weak, making it hot and stuffy.

This hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the Tenjin area where you can find many Yatai street food stalls to try. It is also conveniently near the subway station, making it easy to get around. the toiletries provided in the room are nice, and the towels are clean.
The room is quite small and smells a bit musty.

The hotel is conveniently located near the river and a taxi rank is just outside for easy transportation. The breakfast buffet was a nice mix of Japanese and Western food, and it was included in the room rate. Free Wi-Fi was available, which made it easy to stay connected.
The room was quite small and lacked a wardrobe or closet for clothes. The bathroom was also tiny.
